For firms which do not have a specific materials librarian, what are effective tools/processes which have been successful in maintaining AIA Materials Pledge related initiatives? For example, making sure all the samples in the materials library have transparency documentation, or tracking materials specified in projects firm wide? In our firm, a design staff person would typically do these tasks on the side of their project work, and we are wondering how to get past hesitation that designers do not have enough time to take on extra tasks.
