Small Firm Exchange

Hello Small Firm Folks, 

We are looking to hire a consultant who can review drawings for a Multi-Family building for Quality Control, Building Envelope and best practices. The HOA we are working with has had a history of suing Architects, and the GC is proving to not be collaborative. The scope would be for someone to review of design documents and specifications with an emphasis on building envelope components (waterproofing, horizontal roofing, vertical wall detailing, air & thermal barrier, etc.)

Also, I am not interested in quitting this job (I've considered this), I am interested in getting better at higher risk projects!
