Great question - I am a DBA sole proprietor and although I have my WBE, I've found the paperwork, for the most part, to be irrelevant to my business structure. I've recently considered changing to a LLC myself...this is just one example of how I'll have to ramp up my administrative time to keep up with all of the additional documentation requirements.
