Small Firm Exchange

Hello! I've found so much useful information from other architects on this forum that I haven't had to post a question myself before.

I started my own firm in New York City a few years ago, I've always encouraged my clients to use an AIA contract with their GC but this is the first time a client has agreed. Now I'm leading a client through completing an AIA contract, for the largest residential (two-family) project I've done so far. The very first article has blank sections for "Consumer protection notice requirements", "Warranty requirements", "Mechanic's lien notification requirements", "Jurisdiction and jurisdiction-specific requirements". I have looked through DOB's website, the AIA contract help, I can't seem to find anything on how to complete those sections. What am I missing? The titles like "warranty requirements" are so vague my search results are unhelpful. Do we need a contract lawyer to complete that section? My previous jobs for other firms didn't include editing these contracts so I am out of my depth. Please help!
