Hi Pitak,
My co-chair, Eric Ball, and I run the AIA NY's LGBTQIA+ Alliance here in NYC. While we don't have job postings as part of the Alliance, I would recommend joining one of our events or Build Out Alliance's events when you're in town to meet people and learn more about opportunities. The Center for Architecture in NYC would be a great resource as well, and I recommend reaching out to them to see what information they may have available. Many larger firms have LGBT ERGs as part of their firm structure. Some examples are KPF, Robert Stern, and Gensler. Perhaps looking through those networks may be of help in seeing what openings may be available as well. Wishing you the best of luck in your job search, and please do join us at a committee meeting or event when you are in town. It's a great way to get involved and also meet people, especially when you're new to NYC.
All Best,
Matt

Subject: Career Opportunities in NYC
Hello community!
I was recently laid off at my firm here in Dallas and decided that perhaps this was a sign for me to make the big move to NYC. These are trying times in our country and in the state of Texas and I believe New York is the supportive community that I need at this point in my career and personal life.
I have six years of experience in mostly residential architecture (multifamily, high-end single family, hospitality) and would be appreciative if anyone in NYC could help me out here.
Stay optimistic,
Pitak
