Save your money, the BOMA calcs are easy enough to do, after understanding the standards for the calculations, (allow 30 minutes of study)..

You should be able to set your software to calculate, according to the BOMA rules.  

Do make sure that the 2024 DC marketplace actually follows BOMA rules.
