AIA South Carolina's Resilience Committee is excited to announce the 2025 Resilience by Design Conference! The day kicks off with an opening keynote by AIA 2026 President Illya Azaroff, FAIA, an architect, geographer and internationally recognized leader in disaster mitigation, adaptation, regenerative design and resilient planning strategies. We will then hear from an inspiring line-up of expert speakers, including the Director of Resiliency at the City of Charleston, and architects from BNIM, unabridged architecture, and Clark Nexsen who will showcase their portfolios of award-winning work and discuss how they incorporate resilient design strategies into their design process.
We hope you'll plan to join us at the Clemson Architecture Center in Charleston! A virtual option is also available for those who can't make it in person.
