This year's program explores the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of architecture, including building decarbonization, adaptive reuse, resilient design strategies, LEED v5, healthy materials, environmental justice, circular economy principles, net-zero design, and approaches to reducing carbon while improving occupant health and building performance. Sessions feature architects, engineers, researchers, and sustainability leaders sharing case studies, emerging technologies, and actionable solutions that can be applied to projects of all scales.
For young architects building their expertise and defining their role in the profession, East Coast Green offers the opportunity to better understand evolving sustainability standards, strengthen conversations with clients and project teams, and gain the knowledge needed to contribute to the next generation of high-performance design.
