In 2025, an AIA mentorship workgroup conducted a Mentorship Inventory and analysis that informed the development of new, practical resources for chapters, committees, and members interested in engaging in mentorship. These tools are designed to support various programs occurring across the AIA network and encourage mentorship participation.
