Lean Construction Institute (LCI) has posted the
Job Listing for the Executive Director on
Linked In and have posted a
link on their website. If you are interested, please follow the link to Linked In and create a response. LCI will be filtering responses through that process with the help of
Board Member Chuck Greco at
Linbeck and his
Senior Vice President of Human Resources,
John Sylvester.
The Executive Director will be responsible to act as a co-leader with the LCI elected president and executive committee. Oversee member services, e.g. legislative program, publications, lean education, record keeping and awards; serve as a communication liaison for membership, leadership and staff, prepare preliminary budgets; maintain effective relationships with related organizations; and other duties as needed.
Through the
AIA Center for Integrated Practice, the AIA co-sponsors two annual Lean Design Forums. The Lean Design Forums assemble national leaders in design and construction who have been implementing lean thinking and integrated project delivery methods specifically related to design to discuss Lean methods and philosophies.
