Does anybody have experience estimating the cost differences of a safe shelter compared to "normal or agerage" construction costs for a gymnasium . . . my particular study is for an 86' x 106' gym with 40' sidewalls.. We're coming up with 14" precast sandwich panel sidewalls and 36" deep doupe Ts for the roof. We're in an areal where we need to design for 250 mph tornado winds and debris up to 2 hours.
