For our condo docs, we use these clauses:
The Architect agrees to supply as-built plan dimension drawings at the time of condominium filing as exhibits to the Condominium Documents and to certify that to the extent readily observable after completed construction and without intrusive investigation the plans accurately reflect the property and building.
and
The Owner agrees to promptly inform the Architect of all known discrepancies between the Project as constructed and the Construction Documents.
We also make sure we have a limit of liability clause in our agreement.
