For a profession that is based on: "What does it look like?", I find it a puzzle that we are at a loss regarding personal professional presentation.
At a law firm or in court, where suits and ties for men and comparable for women, are expected, a law firm's client may ask: "Does this lawyer look like someone I will pay $350/hr.?"
What would your clients expect to pay you and your staff based on appearance?
