After many years of using Advantage from Deltek, we committed to Quikbooks at the first of the year. As you may know, Deltek introduced their new product, Vision and has basically quit supporting Advantage. We found Vision pricing to be unacceptable for our firm size (5 persons). We also looked at Ajera but found it to be prohibitively priced as well.
We have since discarded Quikbooks and are back to using Advantage. After being spoiled by the capabilities of Advantage, we found Quikbooks to be frustrating and somewhat quirky in the way it allocated and reported financial information.
For now, we will continue to use Advantage but will be looking for an appropriate replacement.
