In the past, I have posted various links to reports on Projects that have experienced legal troubles associated with Sustainable Design.
My goal is not to be critical of sustainable design but to raise the level of awareness of possible consequences for Design Professionals. Armed with such awareness, we can take steps to guard against these types of tribulations. We hear much about successes. Maybe we need to hear more about problems
