    Do you mean "lean documents" along the lines of "say it right & say it once", or are you thinking of design solutions which have just what's needed and no more?

    I have some knowledge of Lean Design, in fact I am writing a book on it.  I do have some case studies and some data gathered from years of training in QA/QC and PM Improvement.  I also know Joel Niemi.  How can I help?
