We are looking for ideas as we start to establish our firm transition plans.
We are looking for criteria for becoming an associate, a principal, what are the perks of being an associate, a principal, what distinguishes an associate from a typical employee, and what distinguishes a principal from an associate. What titles are actually being used for the ownership level and the preownership level such as associate.
If any one would like to share what they have in place it would be appreciated. Also, any additional info on the subject would be helpful and appriciated.
