We get similar requests, but we view them as opportunities rather than liabilities. When someone acquires a property for which we were the architect, this is a chance to introduce ourselves to the new owner/tenant. We will readily provide PDF versions of our plans (We do not share CAD except with other architectural firms.), with the caveat that they may not represent existing conditions. It allows us to ffer services to the new owner/tenant, and it also builds good will with the broker.
