Thank you James. This is how I've understood it also. And the interesting part is that I have had my broker involved...and she has given me the same answer. The one theory that i have is that perhaps attorneys are thinking that if they require something that doesn't exist yet, maybe the industry will begin to provide it. But...if the Insurance companies see no benefit in it for them, they wont (and rightly so) sell it. I will check out the link you provided.. thank you.
