As we position members of our profession to become leaders in the new decade, the face of architecture must be more in alignment with the global talent pool. This session is an opportunity to learn how to express the importance of diversity and to explore the work being done across the nation toward the goal of equity in the design professions. Leaders from Women in Design Boston, Denver, and Kansas City, will present an overview of their organization's initiatives. These Women in Design organizations were founded as an effort to promote the value of a widened perspective gained from the inclusion of women, racial minorities, and individuals with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. We invite you to learn more about our work and to join the dialogue!
This webinar, scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, 12:00 - 1:15 PM EDT, is presented jointly by representatives from Women in Design Boston, Women in Design Denver & Women in Design Kansas City. Registration is $35, and participants will earn 1 LU.
