An elevated box provides a person the dignity of presiding over their site and an additional sense of security, rather than resting at or near the ground level. T he space beneath provides weather protection for a bicycle or other items. The box area is 8 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. Polycarbonate side panels provide ample daylighting while obscuring visibility for semi-privacy. Full privacy can be easily added with interior curtains. A common access method on small boats, ship-lapped planks are removed from side rails by lifting and removing the top plank first, then all others from top to bottom. Security is achieved by locking down the top plank with a padlock and hasp. In the warmer months, upper planks may be removed to provide ventilation. Winter heating could be added with radiant floor heating via warmed water in a copper coil between a double layer steel drum with a lit fire.#HonorableMention #BankheadBoxUp #SPP #Awards #PopUp #SmallProjectPractitioners
