Michael, Delaware accepts NCARB Certificates for reciprocal licensure, including those acquired via the 2013 NCARB/CALA MRA, of which it is a signatory. Delaware does not, to my knowledge, place additional requirements on Canadian architects above and beyond the MRA requirements. Delaware is not ...
