Susan is an association professional with a career focus on knowledge delivery. Susan has been with the AIA since 2006, starting in the Membership department with a focus on new member fulfillment and dues invoicing. In 2009, she transferred to the Knowledge Communities group and began managing several KCs. Her current duties include directing six knowledge communities and guiding their leadership to expand their reach to a wider audience.
