With a career focused on designing and renovating educational spaces, I bring a genuine love and commitment to the creation of spaces for lifelong learning. I strive to bring innovative solutions and inspirational design to every project I work on. Thriving in team-base environments, I take great satisfaction in contributing to the success of each project. I am enthusiastic about incorporating sustainable architecture to improve quality of life and learning, and am committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in my work.
In addition to design work, I am an active member in my professional community. One of my passions is taking part in mentorship opportunities that introduce the field of architecture to young students to help broaden diversity within our profession. I also served a full three-year term on the AIA board-appointed position on the Government Advocacy Committee that helps promote legislation for issues that affect the architecture profession. Lastly, am an active member of AIA National's Committee on Architecture for education, having sent 5 years as the Advocacy Co-Chair and recently taking on a position in the Leadership Group of the CAE.
I continue to dedicate my career to designing artful and inspiring places of learning that promote the whole-student thorough holistic designs that encourage exploration, discovery, wellness and collaboration.
