Could kindly somebody advise if there is a Standard Book, empiric based average US Benchmark Information available, giving indications i.e. on issues as follows:
x hectares/acres of suburban residential land are triggering x No of polpulation / cars / trucks
x hectares/acres of innercity office & mixed used land are triggering x No of staff/people / cars / trucks
x hectares/acres of Metropolitan innercity office & mixed used land are triggering x No of staff/people / cars / trucks
x hectares/acres of suburban industrial land are triggering x No of workers/people / cars / trucks,
- eventually verified repsonding to certain density factors ?
