The call for proposals for the Public Architecture Symposium 2026, Building Public Trust: Advancing Integrity & Collaboration in Civic Architecture, has been extended through 5pm ET, Friday, March 6. This symposium will take place at the AIA Global Campus for Architecture & Design (GCAD) on Tuesday, Oct 20, 2026.
A key focus of the symposium will be on the role of architects as civic leaders and innovators, including strategies to attract and inspire the next generation of professionals to the field of architecture.
We encourage presentations that reflect partnerships between designers and public clients, and that share lessons learned throughout the life cycle of development.
