My own hometown, Evanston, Illinois, is the first city in Illinois to adpot the Illinois stretch code and it went into effect here as of October 1st. The Illinois Green Alliance is having a free education session about the stretch code for all of us that want to get caught up and educated about what it will entail for projects in Evanston and other cities that follow.
