    Great article and solution based, I appreciate you putting this together. Here in Colorado our 2026 Legislative session rejected two bills. In tandem cities & counties have been implementing moratoriums. Looking forward to taking a deep dive into all of the helpful links you provided. More to come I am certain... thanks!
