Our firm is finding some challenges with the DDX generated-baselines for Residential Single Family & Duplex projects. Does anyone have good tools or resources for calculating EUI baselines for these small project types outside of the DDX generated values?

Hey Michelle! Have you tried Zero Tool or Energy Star Target Finder to find your EUI baseline and targets?

    Thanks and best wishes, Drew

    Michelle,

Do you mean the benchmarks set when you select a project type in DDx? Or challenges with the 80% reduction from that baseline (now 90%)?
