    AIA's 2030 Commitment reporting season closes soon 

    If your firm is a signatory of AIA's 2030 Commitment please remember to report your project data by the March 31st deadline. Project reporting is fundamental to tracking and making progress towards net zero energy goals for the built environment.  

    Reminders: 

    • Report your project data in AIA's Design Data Exchange (DDx) by March 31st

    • Have reporting questions? Visit our extensive DDx help pages 

    • Need a DDx walkthrough or reporting refresher? View the recorded sessions on our youtube page 

    • Join AIA staff and members for our final Open Office Hour Weds, March 26, 2-2:45pm ET for last minute questions Register here > 

    Note: if you encounter this error when bulk uploading data, don't worry:

    DDx bulk upload error

    Just save a copy of your bulk upload spreadsheet with 4 or 5 projects in it and upload that first, it will give you a sense of which columns have errors you may need to fix, then fix those in your main spreadsheet and try uploading again--that should solve the problem!

    I am having a difficult time accessing the DDX - I submitted the portfolio around 10:15 a.m. Central Time and received the email confirmation for this year's reporting cycle. However, I am now no longer able to access the platform to review our results.

    Hi Annelise, there have been some time outs today, try waiting an hour and re-connecting. Not sure if this is because other firms may be uploading large data sets at the same time but if it's happening continuously over a couple of days let us know, thanks!
