Folks, are others seeing a "504 Gateway Time-Out" message when logging into the DDX?

Hi Beth, there have been some time outs today, try waiting an hour and re-connecting. Not sure if this is because other firms may be uploading large data sets at the same time but if it's happening continuously over a couple of days let us know, thanks!

Yes, we are having similar issues with the bulk upload, and it does not improve even after a couple of tries.

    We will try again tomorrow.

    Thanks

I'm not seeing this specific error message, but projects are taking an exceedingly long time to load, often not loading fully and requiring a refresh which starts over the page loading clock. I assume this is due to much higher traffic on deadline day, but I've never seen it take this long.    03/31/2025 3:10p MST.

I am also experiencing these described delays as I try to enter our last few projects (not bulk uploads).  It has also started duplicating entries in the USE TYPE.  One example is screen-clipped below in case it is helpful.  In this case I entered four use types with their sf's, but the system put three entries in for each.

Hi Esmeralda, thanks for the screenshot, I'll flag for our developers. Hopefully you're able to delete the duplicates? Let us know if not and don't worry about getting projects in today, if you still have trouble the next time you submit let us know at via email: 2030Commitment@aia.org

    Melanie,

Thanks very much for the quick response! It took a while of "thinking" but I was able to delete the duplicates eventually!

I will let you know if we need to postpone our submittal due to the delays - for now we will keep going!

    Thanks,

    Esmeralda

We are experiencing similar timeouts with both bulk upload and individual project editing. The bulk uploads also created duplicates because they appeared to not go through (were stuck on the processing screen) but seem to have actually added reporting data. It is much more severe than we have seen in the past on the reporting deadline.

Our bulk upload was successful this afternoon, however the graphs under the Reports tab have not gotten updated so do not represent our data for Yr2024.

We shall plan to check tomorrow once the system stress wears off a bit.

Hi Zachary, yes we're seeing delays since so many people trying to upload at the same time. Don't worry about getting projects in today and please do try again tomorrow or later this week--if you still have trouble let us know at via email: 2030Committment@aia.org
