Is the Academy aware of the creation of an Ad Hoc Committee on hospitals and ambulatory care? "The ICC Board recently approved the creation of an ad hoc committee to comprehensively review and update the provisions in the International Codes relative to both new and existing hospitals and ambulatory care facilities." The deadline for application to participate on this committee is the end of November. It involves a commitment to four meetings in 2011, with the purpose of generating code changes for the 2015 edition of the I-Codes.
