    CMS released a proposed rule October 18, 2011 seeking comments on whether CMS should adopt the 2012 edition of NFPA 101®, Life Safety Code® (LSC). The deadline for submitting comments to CMS is December 23, and more information is available online at www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=CMS-2011-0160-0001

    Thank you for this information. I have been wondering where in the process this was. Have you read this Proposed rule? I followed the and thought that I might be looking at the incorrect section. CMS-2011-0161-0001 seems to have more referenced to NFPA 101. I am not sure how many rules are up for review so I thought I'd ask if there are a couple we should be reviewing.
