Amenmends in Architectural & Structural Bylaws for
HOSPITAL BUILDINGS For Safty Against Harmful Electronic Radiations
We are living in Modern electronic world on earth. The building codes must be amended to get Hospitals buildings and patients inside building safe against electromagnetic radiations from satelites ,towers and extremly low frequency waves from satelites .The all local municipal bylaws must make following points compalsory for every hospital building to get construction permission in every municipal area in every country.
1.The walls and ceiling of the building must be coated with suitable material.The overall resistivity of the walls and ceilings of the building must have required resistance coeficient against following waves.
A)Resistance against Extremly low frequency waves (strenghts of emf and its units of measurement will be in technical details) Compalsory required wall material Remf= 100% Compalsory required ceiling material Remf= 100% Compalsory required door and window material Remf= 100%
B)Resistance aginst Electromagnetic radiation (strenghts of Electromagnetic radiation and its units of measurement will be in technical details) Compalsory required wall material Remr= 100% Compalsory required ceiling material Remr= 100% Compalsory required door and window material Remr = 100%
C)All bedrooms walls ,ceilings,floors must be having resistace against lasers radition causing injury to human body . (strenghts of laser rays and its units of measurement will be in technical details) Compalsory required wall material Rlr= 100% Compalsory required ceiling material Rlr= 100% Compalsory required flooring material Rlr= 100% Compalsory required door and window material Rlr = 100%
D)All bathrooms toilets and changing rooms must be protected with penetrating ultraviolet scanning rays which gives inside image of material.This will provide security against privacy for ladies. (strenghts of uv scanning and its units of measurement will be in technical details) Compalsory required wall material Rs= 100% Compalsory required ceiling material Rs= 100% Compalsory required flooring material Rs= 100%
2)FARADY CAGE MUST BE MADE COMPULSORY IN PRIVATE AREA OF REST ROOMS.
3)Brain identity frequency of every person in house must be stored in controll room of building. When outside frequency which matches the brain identity s of family members coming from outside satelite,tower in house must be traced and auto signal must be start immidiatly.
4)All electronic euipments must have proper resisting coating furniture envelopes in buildins interior. 5)Proper trees and landscape area must be developed inside building , Trees giving pleasant em waves must be selected as per electronic enggneers permission. 6)House must be protected from external wild animal coming in and unknown person entering in by tracking its brain frequncy.
