Congratulations on this years Top Ten COTE Award winners. They are all great projects. I was, however, a little disappointed to see that all the awarded projects are publicly funded projects. It would have been nice to see the private sector represented. It gives the appearance that only the government is going "green" which we know it not the case. I would be curious to know what the private sector projects were lacking.
