For those interested in a hands-on, community engagement and sustainable design Summer program - this is to let you know about the Reclaim + Remake design-build course offered by the Summer Institute for Architecture at The Catholic University of America School of Architecture + Planning. This 6-credit course is open to non-CUA students and will take place at the site of the historic Hopewell Cemetery in Rayland, OH, from May 7 to June 30, 2012. This program offers an opportunity for hands-on experience, community service and involves the disciplines of history, environmental studies, architecture, landscape architecture, art, video and construction.
