The outline has a state-by-state comparison chart of tax benefits for green building and renewable energy projects as well as a summary description for each incentive.

    This is a great resource that I have used many times in the past. The updates are very helpful in keeping up to date with changes that have taken place since the last update.  Thanks to Jerome for posting this valuable resource and making it available to a wide audience at no cost.
