Developing code proposal for model program for adoption of voluntary IgCC (ICC's International Green Construction Code) at municipal city unit of govenment. Interest in IgCC code adoption examples under voluntary ncentives. Interest in integation of IgCC code with: [zoning, ordinance, land use,trade-offs benifiting environment & energy conservation ordinances] for developing creative integrative approaches to IgCC code use in urban/econmic/environmental approach at local level to induce voluntary use of IgCC municipal code.
