Not for Professional Liability, but for General Liability.

They have design-related add-ons that are helpful and cover some things that are unique to us.

I had a ransomware event, and they covered all but the deductable on retrieving access to my files.  They don't pay ransom, but they did come up with a service that was able to unlock my files.

BTW, you need general liability coverage as well as professional.

Yes, I have had Travelers insurance for professional liability for about last four or five years now. I had my first claim in 35 years and they were superb to work with, even paid me to do some extra work that was required. I would highly recommend them. Of course my broker says the claims adjuster person was what made it painless. My rates did not go up either.

We've been using Travelers for the last 4-5 years with satisfaction.  They have a nice series on Risk Management that we  watch over lunch occasionally.  And they lowered our rates when I presented a competing offer without any pushback.  Plus I get good service from our local agent.

I am a one man office.  I had travelers for a couple of years.  Now, I have RLI.  They are reasonable.
