    Everyone,

Is anyone else having as hard a time with the new AIA Transcript service? I have over 8 credit hours that I have yet to receive credit on my Transcript.  I have been battling with the InfoCentral and the AIAMemberCareCES (misnomer) people for over a month now. Some of these courses I took last March. I have checked with the people who put on the CES programs and all the information has been sent in to AIA. No one seems to have a solution. They think its operator error. I know the operator and its not him. :)

    Any Solutions out there?

I had similar problems, so I ended up "self-reporting" the classes and did receive credit.  I'd recommend you do the same.

I had problems but they did eventually find all my courses.  I made sure I copied my transcripts just prior to the change over so I had some proof.  The big question is who's brilliant idea was it to do this change over at the eleven hour?  Seems like something as critical as this should have waited till after the first of the year.  I have stopped taking courses until the new system was properly running and all my credits were included.  Seems obvious to me a grace period should be given for this years credits!

    Richard,

I had a similar problem but it was resolved by the AIA right away. When the new system went in the AIA lost a 1/2 dozen credits of mine. I simply went online and got the records of having completed the work (they were all architectural record CES units) and forwarded the transcript to the AIA-CES office who put the 6 courses back up online the next day. If you have some kind of record of the credit you could send it over to them and they should take care of it right away.

Hope that helps and good luck.
