AIA Contract Documents has an entire Design-Build Family of documents. Visit the "Reference Material" page at www.aia.org/contractdocs/reference and click on "AIA Document Synopses". You can see a brief description of each document in this Family.
Whether it is architect-led or contractor-led, the design-build entity goes by the same name and therefore you would use the same term. For example, the design-builder would use A141 with the owner regardless of whether the D/B was an architect, a contractor, or another organization. From there, if the D/B is an architect they could use A142 with the contractor or if the D/B is a contractor they could use B143 with the architect.

Subject: design build contracts
Has anyone found a source for a simple design build contract for an Architect led project and for a builder led project? Thank you.
