I, too was wondering where to find Jerome Garciano's Renewable Energy Tax Incentives Outline.  I found the original post from January 12 and emailed Mr. Garciano.  He immediately sent me a copy.  If you are looking for it go to the forum home page.

I am very glad that I found that original post!  The outline is extremely comprehensive and has concise explanations ofthe tax credits involved.  There are credits in Colorado of which I was unaware.  This will definitely be of great use to both me and my clients.

Jerome, thank you so much for making this available.  It is so helpful to have all of this information (not just for Colorado, mind you) in one place.

It is truly a pleasure to have private individuals sort through the maze of bureaucratic red tape and present a concise directory of National and Regional programs offering tax incentives for a very good cause. The effort expended, assists our profession in providing guidance to our clients who are considering an environmentally positive undertaking and investing money in their buildings now.  Jerome, thank you for your generosity to our profession and the community, job well done.

    Two comments:
I noticed in the version I found through googling "Jerome Garciano"  the entire report was regarding Geothermal energy, unless I misinterpreted.  I noticed also, that all states were represented, except Louisiana, which to my knowledge is not known for its geothermal energy sources.
However, further "research" yielded the Louisiana Dept. of Natural Resources, and some information on other programs.
