Would anyone have recommendations for a good database or have a system in place to manage marketing leads (e.g. keep track of emails sent, phone calls, keep miscellaneous notes, etc.)?

For a simple to use cloud system, look at Highrise at 37signals:  http://37signals.com/

We use their Basecamp for a variety of project document management applications.

Try Evernote for cloud storage and filing of emails and correspondence. You can save to evernote directly from the programs. I use Dropbox to store project files that are then accessible from anywhere there is wifi. Both Evernote and drop box are free up to 5 gigs of storage. ------------------------------------------- Thad Broom AIA Architect Thad A. Broom AIA, P.C.
