    The best way to rebuild against fire is by building a type I (concrete) structure.  The CRCM (Concrete Rib Construction Method - patent  US 8,429,876 B2).delivers in a short construction time a sturdy fire resistant structure.  In addition, such structures resist natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, flooding, even mold and termites.   And besides of are less costly than framing have a high insulation factor of R56 minimum, which can be make as greater necessary; it means savings in energy,.   The cost is lower because short construction time and use of non skilled labor.
