A Wall St. Journal reporter is looking for highly unusual requests for built-in features and whether these help or hinder a home's resale value. For example, someone installed a three story indoor slide in his architect-designed home. If you have examples to share please email project description and lo-res images (or preferably) online gallery to joann.lublin@wsj.com and copy sfrank@aia.org. Deadline is rolling.
The same reporter has a deadline of Jan. 15th for an article about CEOs with interesting vacation homes. They don't have to be super posh but do have to offer a relaxing retreat for a really busy executive who nevertheless must stay tethered to the office. She is looking to speak with clients for this piece.
