To get with the current e-solicitation market, I recently purchased a subscription with Bidsync. Specifically, my purchase was for Region C which includes States in the south central US. With my new $589.00 "Bidsync Links PLUS(TM)" subscription in hand, I was ready to review and begin submitting on RFQs.
Wow, was I surprised. I began looking at RFQs in the states in which I am licensed. I tried looking at several in Texas that covered Architectural Planning and/or Design Services. When I found some that interested me, I clicked on the BidSync link and was taken to an outside website/advertising company only to find I must pay another fee (some were an additional $200 or more) to that website/company to view the RFQ which was listed on BidSync's website.
So, be aware when a company like BidSync states on their website "The
XYZ Bid Site team of researchers and proprietary bid search software monitor
tens of thousands of websites for new bid opportunities every day.", you will not be able to access all of those opportunities. You may need to pay the site that the originator forwards you to.
