Bio

Andrew Malanowski is a licensed architect in Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, South Carolina and Wisconsin. With over a decade of experience Andrew has worked on projects across multiple markets including K-12, Healthcare, Corporate, Civic, Military and Aviation. This range of market experience allows Andrew to pull together “best practices” and experience from each to bring high quality solutions to each project he works on and isn’t afraid to push his teams to provide creative and innovative solutions to solve project challenges. As a Project Architect, Andrew is responsible for ensuring code compliance of his projects as well as constructability and detailing reviews and full coordination with the project’s consultants. Andrew also serves the profession in his roles as AIA Wisconsin 2020 President and his involvement with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), serving as an Item Writer for the Architectural Registration Exam (ARE).
