Mary E. Womble, AIA is an Oklahoma Architect, NCARB certificate holder, LEED ® AP and CFM (Certified Floodplain Manager) with 30+ years of experience in the design and construction industry in both private and public practice.
Womble is currently overseeing the planning, designing and construction of publicly funded vertical capital improvement projects at the City of Tulsa as the CABS (City Architectural Building Services) Manager. In her previous role as CRO (Chief Resilience Officer), Womble oversaw the Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities initiative for the City of Tulsa.
Womble holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas, is a current AIA Public Architecture Advisory Committee member and a past AIA Oklahoma Strategic Council Representative. Womble has also served in various AIA Eastern Oklahoma Chapter roles as Secretary, Director, founding member of the WiD (Women in Design) committee, and has served on the Statewide Conference Planning, Statewide Disaster Assessment, and Professional Development Committees.
