National Institute of Building Science's (NIBS) Whole Building Design Guide - The National Institute of Building Science is a wealth of information and their Whole Building Design Guide compiles information from lots of other government organizations like the Department of Energy, the General Services Administration, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
NIBS Building Enclosure Technology and Environmental Council (BETEC) - BETEC and the AIA joined together to create the Building Enclosure Councils (BECs) which are local groups dedicated to the sharing of knowledge about existing and new technology and practices in the realms of building science and building enclosures. There are local BEC chapters in 34 cities and over 4000 members. You should join your local BEC! If you dont have a local BEC you should start one!

Building Science Fight Club, by Christine Williamson - Building science fight club is 'building science for architects' and the courses Christine Williamson offers on her site have a ton of information that is explained in plain language that's easy to understand. But its still high level enough for folks who have been around the building science block. I still refer to the course handouts regularly.
