Dear AIA IAKC Members and Colleagues,
As we all move through this last part of summer, we’re excited to look ahead to the conversations, connections, and opportunities for learning coming up within the Interior Architecture Knowledge Community.
One of these opportunities is our monthly Knowledge Sharing Salons. These online salons are informal opportunities to gather, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. These sessions are a great way to share work, perspectives, questions, and experiences across our community. We have some great content planned for the remainder of our 2026 salons and hope you’ll join us for these engaging conversations.
We’re also preparing for the second session of our IAKC mentoring program Interior Elevations. We’re excited to continue building on the connections and conversations established in our first session and to create space for members to support one another, share experiences, and grow together. Stay tuned for more information including when and where to sign up for the next session.
As we plan ahead, we’d also love to hear from you. What topics, conversations, resources, or activities would you like to see from IAKC? We want the content and programming of our Knowledge Community to reflect the interests and needs of our members. Whether there’s a topic you’d like to explore, a speaker you’d like to hear from, a project or practice you’d like to share, or a question you think our community could tackle together, please send your ideas our way. This is a space for us all to learn and grow together as interior architecture professionals.
